Redesigning a Complex B2B Supply Portal
This existing platform, built on SAP infrastructure, was functional but outdated. The interface was complex and not user-friendly, especially for users with limited technical background. The challenge was to make the experience smoother, more intuitive, and visually modern.

Analyzed how users interacted with existing SAP modules and gathered feedback on their pain points. Key focus: understanding users with low digital literacy.

Designed a fresh, accessible UI with clear hierarchy, consistent visual language, and thoughtful use of color and spacing.
