RUBY is a BI (Business Intelligence) system that analyzes organizational big data and provides business insights through advanced AI technologies. The system provides users with in-depth analytical capabilities that are often impossible with manual data analysis on such a large scale.
🎯 The Goal: To empower organizations with easy access to business insights through an intuitive interface and advanced analytics tools. The platform targets decision-makers who need to quickly and effectively interpret their data.

Design Process
📚 Research
In-depth understanding of user requirements and needs in the BI and business analytics fields.
Due to time constraints and the product's early development stage, we focused on in-depth market and competitor research. We also conducted internal usability reviews with the product team, which led to significant interface improvements.
📋 Specification
Developing a detailed conceptual specification, including defining the core components and optimal UI architecture.
👩💻 Design
Create a coherent and intuitive Design System, and detailed design of the system's core screens.
📦 Handoff to Development
Continuous guidance and support for the development team until production release.
This project sharpened my ability to create real value even without classical user research, leveraging existing tools and feedback channels to validate design concepts.
